Curtis Cripe Understands and Shares his Knowledge on the Scope of Bioengineering

The subject that attaches the designs and principles of engineering to biological systems is known as bioengineering. Dr. Curtis Cripe the founder and CEO of the NTL Group Inc. in Scottsdale believes that this rather recently developed discipline has a long way to go in the field of medicine. He says this with a lot of conviction because of the already being used areas such as predictive diagnosis and DNA analysis.

The amalgamation of the various disciplines finds realization in the practices of gene editing, digital imaging technology, genetic synthesis of different organisms, and similar other things. Changes such as these have instigated researchers to dig deep into the subject and understand the various ways it could impact the world.

The increasing interest and employment of robotics and automated technology along with the cloud labs have been facilitating the engrossment in biotechnological findings. With the intention of a warmer world, some of the cloud labs are installed with genetically modified plants, understand researchers such as Curtis Cripe. Unfortunately, no certainty has been found on the effects of the ecosystem and biodiversity on this and so the deployment of the cloud labs has been stalled.

On the flip side, however, one good thing that this uncertainty has brought about is the curiosity of investors in scientific research. That is how the funding process for new scientific projects such as machine learning and protein engineering, has seen an influx. This has led to the discovery of new compounds such as those that act as catalysts for reactions that are unnatural. New medical applications have to be made by virtue of which the damaged tissues of diseases are attempted at being destroyed.

In the same line of medicine, research has considerably increased, particularly in the area of cell therapy. Patients with rare diseases are being healed, disabilities are being cured by neuronal probes, and vaccinations are being carried out by oral consumption of edible vaccines. The antibiotic treatment has found a replacement in phage therapy. This would be extensively helpful in dealing with antimicrobial resistance.

Bioengineering has invested itself in studying the growing effects of climate change to measure sustainability. To this effect, plastic goods are being pulled off the market and replaced by eco-friendly variants as far as possible. Nitrogen pricing, bio clothing, and enhanced carbon prices are some of the other changes that have occurred in this respect.

Seeing such mammoth changes, Curtis Cripe has opined that the scope of bioengineering is thus limitless. He emphasizes the fact that the potential problems and their related solutions need to be understood if one has to experience the complete capacity of bioengineering. He further advises the prospective aspirants of the discipline to be extremely dedicated to pursuing this discipline. He urges them to properly understand the possibilities of the subject and to then steer their efforts towards it in acquiring appropriate training and developing their skills. He feels it is only then that the slogan of the National Science Foundation, “Ideas worth spreading” can be materialized.
