Introduction:
“Kashmir” , the heaven on earth, is another name for this place . This place is really a heaven for nature lovers and also for thrill and bikers. You can visit here any time except for the monsoon period.
This place is always on highlight due to the dispute in the India-Pakistan Border, and for its beauty.
It is a perfect place to spend your vacation with your family, friends or loved ones.
But to go there you have to get a full knowledge about the visiting places , foods, and most importantly shelter.
Here in this article we will cover a 6 nights and 7 days tour plan.
Day 1:
From Delhi take the flight at 9:15 am and you will reach Srinagar airport at 10:45 am.
Take a cab and check-in to your hotel. Take rest and be fresh and get ready to go to Shikara Ride at Dal Lake, but ride is only available for the guests staying in the houseboats.
Day 2 :
Then on the next day book a cab and move to Gulmarg from Srinagar.There are numerous hotels and resorts to choose from. One of them is Pine Palace Resort. After taking some rest and refreshment, move out for the cable car thrill experience . Take one ticket for Phase 1 of Gulmarg Gondola,which is a high altitude cable car managed by union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Come back to your shelter. Take your dinner, spend the night , take a beautiful deep sleep for the next day’s adventure.
Day 3:
Wake up early , get refreshed and complete your breakfast. Book a cab and move to Pahalgam.Then you can either move to your booked place and then again come for sightseeing or you can do sightseeing and then go to your hotel or resort. One of the best hotels is Hotel Sparrow. There you can do sightseeing in Avantipur ruins, which will take a maximum of 1 hours. Then take your lunch and again continue your sight seeing or you can go to your shelter. On that day there is nothing much to do. So you can take a rest or go for a local sightseeing.
Day 4:
On the fourth day of your journey, book a cab and go for a tour to Aru valley, Betab valley and Chandanwari from Pahalgam. This will take almost half of your day.
Day 5 :
Again change your place , again move to Srinagar from Pahalgam. In Srinagar , there are many places for sightseeing like Cheshma Shahi, Nishant Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Shankaracharya Temple.This sightseeing will take around 4 hours. Near Dal lake you will find many hotels and resorts to stay. One of the best hotels is Sahara Grand Hills.
Day 6:
Along with the sun rise, wake up and complete your breakfast and get ready for the adventure. On the sixth day of your trip you must move for the sightseeing of Sonmarg which will take around 8 hours of the day. There you can see green meadows, hills, and horses. Not only you will see horses but also if you want to ride, you can. And if you are a photographer and love to take photos of nature then you are in the best place. Hold your camera handy and you can take marvellous pictures of nature and the surrounding. You can also see the Indus river flowing beside it . Don’t forget to go for a short trip to Thajiwas Glacier. It is at a height of 9,186 feet above sea level.If you are a spiritual person then you can also go and visit Kheer Bhawani temple which is situated at the middle of the natural spring.If you want to take the panoramic view of the frozen Satsar and baltan lake then you must visit Gadsar lake.
Day 7:
On day seven that is the departure day, book a cab to Srinagar airport. At 7 PM there is a flight to Delhi .You can catch that flight if you want to.
This whole round trip will cost you around Rs.43,000 per person approximately if you travel by your own. But if you book your tour through any agency or travel and tour company then you may get some offers and the price may also come down .
Points to remember:

- Avoid gathering, crowds etc.
